  16. may be you want to redefine \psfig to contain such stuff.
  17. I did it some time ago in the following way:

  23. I am not quite sure, whether you really should use psfig.
  24. For LaTeX209 the epsf.sty is the interface to dvips. Under
  25. LaTeX2e the graphics-package is the portable interface to
  26. postscript, which should be used.
